This company agreed to empty my tank for £165 paid up-front. I told them that access was restricted and to use a small lorry. They duly arrived with a small lorry but the driver said he could not access the tank despite other drivers managing in previous years. He said he would come back with more pipes (no mention of extra costs). Nothing happened until I rang the company to inquire when they were coming. I was told that I would have to pay an extra £100 for the extra piping required. I explained the situation and that I felt it was their driver who had refused to access the tank but they rudely said I could pay the extra £100 or a cancellation fee of £95. I agreed to the extra £100. A different driver arrived who was most helpful and did the job efficiently. He mentioned that the previous driver is notorious for not emptying tanks that are slightly difficult to access. When the bill finally arrived it was for £360; £95 for an abortive first call, £165 to empty the tank and £10
