Great service, took my daughter and friends to Prom with no issues

When we realised she'd left stuff including her phone on the bus, they waited for us to to come and get it straight away, even though they were half way home!
She was very grateful, thank you!

3rd time I use The Limo People for Proms, great service no issues, changed booking twice, no extra charged, (thank you) emails replied to. Simon the driver texted the evening before to introduce himself and so I had a contact mobile for the night. Arrived 10 mins early with 3 bottles bubbly, polite and organised. Took girls on one hour
drive and delivered them all safely. Would recommend and would use again 5* !!

Have had a truly disappointing and appalling experience. Paid a deposit, received no receipt of payment nor booking confirmation. Chased with 3 emails and one phone call/voice message over 2 weeks. All were ignored! Planning a Hen Party is tough. For £400 peace of mind would be nice. Finally spoke to manager who made me feel like I was being a pest for asking for receipt. I asked if we could possibly change time and he signed and moaned. I grew so suspicious and appalled by the absence of service, I cancelled the booking and have consequently lost my deposit. The Manager claims I didn't receive any booking confirmation because there must be a problem with my email. Yeah... I hear Outlook are very hit and miss? Trading Standards are now investigating the issue.

Had a limo, arranged in plenty of time unfortunately we had the wrong colour as the other had broken down, that's life I suppose, then it turned up 35 minutes late,then when it did arrive we were warned it was a mess inside due to the previous occupants, it had glass over the seats and sticky ruminates of wine not good when your going out dressed to impress ! On the return journey again more glass over the seating and even more wine on the seats ..really poor..this is the second time I'd used them and now the last ..I wouldn't recommend. Not even the offer of a partial refund..thanks

thank you to Kristian for sorting our booking at such short notice, and to our driver Charlie for getting us to the airport. Lovely executive minibus modern and comfortable, and such a surprise upgraded to a limo hummer for ur return from holidays !

After being let down by another company it was great to have such a great service and to know I could reply on these again and again !!
