My name is Fozia and I am a Transformational Life Coach.

My passion is to help people with a wide range of struggles. I offer one to one sessions from my practice in the Royal Exchange Manchester.

We would work together in reaching your goals and I encourage a holistic and non-judgemental space that takes into account your individual needs and wants.

My approach is holistic paying attention to the physical effects of distress as much as the emotional. There are many reasons why people come into coaching/counselling you may be experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, low self esteem or simply do not feel like you're functioning like you used to.  I aim to give you a safe space look at your past or current situation to understand how this may be affecting you. It is not easy to make the decision to see a therapist but recognising that you need help is an important first step.

During the Covid-19 crisis I'm offering online counselling via Video call or Zoom.
