Woman that works there is so rude. Needs to take lessons in people skills.

Excellent and comprehensive range of high quality kitchenware. I am staggered at the sheer volume of lines they stock, as well as gorgeous gift items and curious knick-knacks! They all work incredibly hard, given the sheer number of customers that pass through yet remain courteous and patient. Staff highly trained and knowledgable about the stock, willing to discuss and advise. Leading, tried/trusted ranges come with appropriate guarantees in authentic packaging and (if appropriate) manual, or care instructions. A delight for serious chefs.

Was sold a fake product in this shop. When I tried to return counterfeit item for a refund I was laughed at by shop owners and refused one. They quickly turned very nasty. Disgusting customer service.
You can find products cheaper and better quality elsewhere. Avoid this shop if you want a nice experience & good quality products. Would advise anyone to shop ANYWHERE ELSE. There are plenty of other options in Llandudno nearby.
I also heard they shortchanged an elderly customer by £10 after speaking to local residents about the place. Wish I had heard the rumours before stepping into the horrible little shop.
I had the misfortune of deciding to shop here. NEVER AGAIN - AVOID!!!
