Lying,dreadful people. Avoid at all costs

Horrible fake business. Totally waterlogged and ruined our £1400 1 year old carpet and charged me more than quoted for the pleasure. Ignored all correspondence afterwards. Profile claims to have office at the K2 tower but they have no record of them. Sad that people can sleep at night after causing people already struggling more problems. Karma will come.

If I could give 0 stars, I would This business is extremely poor and I wouldn't recommend to anyone, turned up 7 hours late on the day and literally spent a few minutes here cleaning the carpets as fast as he could. Spent more time complaining about his day. He did a awful job, very rushed and carpets was still dirty. Messaged him straight away to ask if he could come back and he just kept ignoring me. After mentioning about posting on Facebook he soon replied with a date and time he would come and re do the carpets. Anyway that day came and surprise surprise didn't turn up. I would pay a more reliable company who actually do the job you pay them for. I will be warning everyone I know and anyone after these types of services to avoid this company

Do not use this company

Very poor service. Arrived an hour late. when he arrived appeared to be in a rush to get it done. Prior to starting the carpet I made him aware that there was a coffee stain on the stairs, he said he would be able to get it out. After completing the carpet he told me that the stain was out. I waited until the next day for the carpet to dry and the stain appeared exactly the same, as if nothing had been done. I messaged the Facebook page to express my dissatisfaction with no resolve. Please save your money and go elsewhere
