I received top notch first class service considering my request was last minute and a little complicated. Pauline on the phone was amazingly helpful when so many others were quick to turn me down with no sympathy. The Keen Group surpassed my expectation as I was dubious about their ad but they rose to the challenge and were amazingly organised and email communication was great. Would use them again and again.

I needed a cab and my local firm had no drivers so they asked if someone from this firm could come instead. This was at 8am and the driver arrived at 8.10. His cab was clean, he was very polite and wore a mask. No complaints at all

CHARGED EXTRA £15 FOR CONGESTION CHARGE!!!

Worst company ever. Cars dirty, deivers on the phone most of the time. The company will charge you whatever they want. I've just been charged extra £15 because driver entered congestion charge zone.

Hsd an appointment in hospital next morning so I called thekeengroup a day before and booked taxi. No cab arrived!!!

The same day booked a taxi from my physio and the driver couldn't find me so I was charged over £25 call out fee while my whole journey supposed to cost £10

I booked a cab this evening to take my 12 year of daughter to A&E as she was unwell. At arrival at A&E i realized I had only £10 instead of the £12 fee charged. The driver was upset and insisted that I had to pay the full amount and I asked if there was an alternative way to pay such as by card payment - this was not possible and he wanted me to call Keen group there and then to pay but in the haste to get to hospital I had left my phone at home. He suggested he drove me off to find a cash machine and i said I was not prepared to do that as my daughter was having another frightening episode of very fast heart rate in the car and so I offered that I will call the Keen group afterward to pay the full amount but said no and wanted the £10 and I pay the £2 later. I called the Keen group as soon as we got home but the guy who answered would not even allow me to speak or make a complaint and and refused to hear my side of the story.
