Absolutely amazing Service

Rang the IT dept when our computer went down.
Came out the day after, absolutely brilliant service. Repair was completed same day.
We will definitely be using the IT Dept again for any computer issues we may have in the future and will not hesitate to recommend them to all our customers, family and friends.

Excellent service, would highly recommend

Moving over to a new IT provider has never been easier when using The IT Dept. From start to finish it has been hassle-free with the excellent communication and support from all the team. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and any questions or issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently. All the staff are helpful, and you never feel like you are asking a silly question (how refreshing!) Their ability to determine exactly what you need and suggest options that are both beneficial and cost effective is also vital in this current climate. I certainly would not have any hesitation to recommend.

I am not particularly computer savvy so have been very pleased with the efficient service I have received on every occasion. They have kept me informed of their progress throughout. Not knowing much about IT means you need to trust those that say they do! I have found the IT Dept to be very professional and courteous. But, most of all they're very patient when I ask those daft questions that they must hear everyday. The IT Dept has supplied me with two new laptops and a full overhaul of my e-mails and calendars as well as sorting out my filing system (which was a nightmare for me, never mind for these guys).

If like me you need bringing kicking and screaming into the modern age then I highly recommend you give these guys a call - well done the IT dept
