1I did so with the evidence photos and they responded via email to ironing parlour saying it was clearly there error as the items were new and said they should respond in a professional way. ironing parlour responded saying they were incorrect and would not be doing anything to resolve this and now stated the items were not new (original saying it was the label but now it’s they are not new)
So I recommend not using this unprofessional company
And for them to blame the quality off a billion dollar international clothing company rather than taking responsibility is disgusting

Totally diasagree with five star rating. My bedding returned with more creases than if had not been ironed at all and was covered in fluff and hair. Promptly went back in the washer and will take elsewhere or do myself!
