The Hound House

We have two cavaliers, run 5 businesses from home and travel as much as possible. Sian and Dave came into our lives almost 6 months ago now and have been like a breath of fresh air! Our girls go to them numerous times a week, sleepover every Saturday night, so we can get away from the office, and whenever we need them basically, which always works out to be quite a lot (we won't leave our girls home alone for even an hour)! Our girls absolutely adore Sian and Dave, they are always excited to see them, even my youngest who hates to be away from me. I would have no hesitation in recommending them, they are quite simply the nicest and most genuine people, they clearly love our girls, are totally reliable and I trust them implicitly. In fact they are quite literally indispensable.

I have a demanding but lovable Cockapoo called Oscar. He is 2 years old and is very fussy; as am I!! He has IBS and is very excitable which Sian copes with perfectly. She walks him most weeks for us; 3 days per week when we are at work and he loves it. I'm planning to book him into board when we go on holiday soon (I've not done this before)

I have known Sian for a long time through work and would not trust anyone else with Oscar. He adores her! He climbs all over her sofa and climbs all over her.
She is punctual; trustworthy with our key and our home and she is an incredibly warm person. She cares that she is doing a great job for the animal and for the owner. Very happy customer.

Sian was fantastic looking after our dogs, and we got regular text and video updates of them throughout the day, which was great and very reassuring!! Sian clearly loves animals, and made sure ours were well looked after all day. The doggos came back to us very happy, and we will definitely be asking the Hound House to look after them again! Excellent service and excellent value

Sian is brilliant with our puppy Buddy. She comes to the house to let him out and play with him any time myself and my partner can’t be there. We get regular messages about how he is and lots of pictures of him playing with other dogs. It gives us peace of mind that Buddy is happy when we’re away!
