New hot tub ordered many months ago and they waited patiently whilst we sold our old one. Once we contacted to say we were good to go the survey was completed within 24 hours and delivery less than two weeks later. Excellent delivery- careful around our property. Quickly unloaded and patient with manoeuvres to get it just right. Clearly explained how everything worked and maintenance routine. Two hours later all installed, Rubbish cleared and they even put my large and heavy plants back! Thank you

I ordered a hot tub cover in March. I was quoted 3 to 4 month's for delivery. I paid in full. I have been chasing the cover since August and no one can be bothered to find out when my cover will arrive or call me back. This is the worst company I have ever done business with. If you do not want to be treated like me stay clear!!!

Just returned a faulty product to be told it's been used ,well how do you know it's faulty if its not been tested. Waited and waited for the boss, to be told it needs to be sent off, all the box was damaged but I brought it on the strength that the sales man said that I could bring it back . I've just had 30 mins of arguing about it to be told by the boss that he would not do anything I don't think he had £34.50 in his till to give me a refund... will be consulting watch dog and the local paper. Thanks to the young salesman for straight up lying about selling me the product in its state ... and for boss for man handeling me for no reason. Good job they have cctv as they told me, they can check the state of the product box sold ,and the man handling of me.
