The Health Detective

With nearly 30 years experience in the Complementary Health sector, I have been a practising Aromatherapist and Therapeutic Masseuse and lectured at Sheffield Colleges for over 10 years in these subjects.

I currently provide Weight Loss Management, Dietary and Nutritional advice and Coaching, help for any Bowel or Digestive problems as well as advanced and comprehensive Anti-Ageing Protocols to clients within the Sheffield and Yorkshire area.

Due to my own personal history of Asthma, Eczema and Allergies I became very interested in bowel cleansing as a means to detox the body and stimulate the immune system. This led to my training in Colonic Hydrotherapy and Bio-energetic Screening in 2002.

Having realised how important the mind is in controlling and influencing the body, I have been an NLP Master Practitioner, EFT Practitioner, and Clinical Hypnotherapist for many years.

I have incorporated state-of-the-art computerised Asyra Pro Health Screening into my therapy practice to ensure clients get an accurate overview of the underlying issues affecting their health and well-being and to make positive choices for a more vibrant, healthy and happy life.
