After the initial confidential free consultation, all that is required is for you to get comfortable on the treatment couch.
After the treatment, we can discuss what I have discovered and I'll recommend some life style adjustments to complement your treatment. It is usually advisable to have a course of 6 treatments to start shifting conditions, especially if these are longstanding.
