Harrop Cake Company has been established since 2012. Formally 'Harrops of Failsworth' , a family run bakery dating back 50 years! We specialise in bespoke cakes for all occasions

We are a well known and trusted cake maker supplying wedding cakes, birthday cakes, childrens birthday cakes, christening cakes.... in fact, any cake for any occasion!

Here at Harrops we pride ourselves on making top quality celebration cakes at realistic prices, using the highest quality ingredients.Our sponge is mixed and baked in the traditional 'Harrops' way, dating back to over 45 years and 3 generations of the Harrop family. You won't taste cake like this anywhere else!

We are a family run business and have recently expanded our cake studio to make it a cosy relaxed environment where you can design your own unique cake or choose from a wide range of our cake designs.

Always get my cakes from here. If it's a birthday, anniversary, wedding or any other occasion you can get the perfect cake here or if you just fancy being naughty and calling in for a cupcake or slice of cake. The cakes I've ordered from here have consistently been great quality and tasted amazing. Even if you don't need an occasion cake but are near by just stop in and grab a cupcake. You won't be disappointed.

What a gorgeous find! Was recommended this little place when attempting to find a Tardis cake for father-in-law's birthday. Went into the shop which is set up wonderfully, with plenty of cakes on display. We arranged what we wanted down to the last detail and were given a good price and fantastic service; they even delivered in time for the Doctor Who themed party. Everyone was impressed and the birthday boy loved it! He took it home whole but said it was yummy!! Will definitely be heading back for future occasions.

Used harrops cakes for the last fourteen years , would i go to anyone else no, they do any design you give them and also bend over backwards to help you, this is a 5 star service cakes look has good has they taste,would recomendyou try them, thank you.

Exceptionally good cakes

We have used Harrops for the past 24 years, starting with our wedding cake and many many childrens birthday cakes. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
We've found them very helpful with the designs.
The cakes look good and are extremely light and tasty.

Absolutely Amazing Cakes!

We ordered our daughter's christening cake from Harrop's. It was designed exactly as we wanted it, they even managed to make the little girl on top of the cake look similar to our daughter even down to the dress she was wearing. We absolutely loved it and didn't want to cut it up it was that beautiful!
When we eventually gave in, it was extremely yummy!

We would recommend them to everyone, their creative flair is fantastic! They can do anything! (I think) :D
