The Happy House Cleaning

Absolutely appalling service. Paid almost £400 for an after build clean of our 2 bed, 1 bath flat. Expected it to be sparkling clean when I returned but it was absolutely filthy. My cleaner who I pay £30 for 2 hours would have done a better job. They didn't even touch the bathroom nor did they steam clean or clean the windows as we had paid for in the quote. Any cleaning they did do was subpar with plaster still left on the floor and marks on the surfaces. I am 38 weeks pregnant and broke down in tears when I saw it. My mum had to come and spend the day cleaning the house to make it liveable for a newborn. Customer service have been awful - not apologetic at all and only agreed to give us a 15% refund. GENUINELY AWFUL. Go to a more reputable company.

LAZY LYING CROOKS! I paid £500+ for an end of tenancy cleaning for a 4br 4ba home and I saw no value in the work I paid a lot of money for. I expected a thorough job with a 5 person team of cleaners but it was anything but. They showed up late and demanded we pay them first in cash (tax evasion?) before they even start. I should’ve known this was a red flag.
Upon inspection there was still visible dust and dirt on fixtures and in corners, behind doors and tops of appliances. The whole house looked like it just had a regular clean but not a deep clean. To top it off they broke the shutters and even informed us of it and said they would report it to their manager and when I went to speak with the manager, he said they found it broken! He was extremely defensive and wouldn’t listen to a word I said.
Stay away from this unprofessional service. There are plenty of great cleaning services run by honest, hard-working professionals.

This company is truly amongst the greatest in their field - very helpful customer service, professional teams with great work ethic, and amazing attitude towards the customers! It is a pleasure each time we book them!

The quality of cleaning was on a very good level. The person who came in was polite and did a really good End of Tenancy job. Will definitely contact them in the future.

I used the happy house company and they did a splendid job with my windows. Highly recommending these guys!
