Thoroughly deserves the 5 Star outstanding rating,

A traditional ironmongers store with am amazingly large stock of items. The staff are very helpful and often able to identify required items from the vaguest of descriptions. The all have a comprehensive knowledge of the products they are selling. They take trouble to identify what the customer actual needs for the job in hand which may frequently not be what the customer mistakenly asked for.
Small quantities are supplied cheerfully - no need to buy a wrapped pack of 1,000 nails (988 of which go rusty in the garage) when all you want is a dozen
I have limited mobility and my purchases are always taken back to my car for me.
Pity that there are only 5 star ratings - this store deserves at least 6 six stars
