The Greenwich Pocket Watch Co

My husband bought a £135 Rose colored gold pocket watch, only to find after a couple of days that it stopped working. On contacting customer services we were told to send the watch back tracked delivery Royal Mail,, which cost us nearly £8. When we informed Pocket Watch of this, we were told we should have only paid up to £4.50! and argued irrelevant that they insisted it should be tracked. Days after they had received it, we still had not received a refund and when we finally did, they would not pay the return postage, stating that there was nothing wrong with the watch. Shame on your company and we certainly would not recommend you to anyone.

Bought a £150 gold plated pocket watch, when it arrived it didn't work, sent it back they had it for three weeks, when it was returned it still didn't work, finally got it going myself. Gold plating wore off in a month and the winder snapped like a dry twig, on stripping down watch myself to replace winder, I found plastic and poor quality metal, it's supposed to be 17 jewels I've only ever counted 7, I would estimate this £150 watch to be worth around £15

payed for 2 day delivery and got nothing but excuses, terrible service and terrible customer service, absolutely no help whatsoever. Would never use this company again, avoid.

Bought and expensive watch from Greenwich Pocket Watch. It broke after 3 weeks, then broke again immediately after their 'repair'. They say it's our fault and have refused to refund or replace, so we're stuck with an unreliable watch that's a useless piece of metal.
