The team of contractors that carried out our build were extremely efficient,professional and polite at all times. From the planning to the actual build was of the highest standards. The workmanship and the appliances are top quality throughout. Grounds persons, joiners, electricians, plumbers, all of them were excellent.
We are so pleased with our new home. Very impressed with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to build an annex for whatever reasons

After doing much research and going round in endless circles,whether to use bricks or wood to even having ago ourselves.Brick was to expensive and wood could rot and become infected,but we had to have something. A friend found garden annex’s on the web and passed on the info. sitting in bed ,hubby and me finally narrowed it down to two.Green rooms being one.During the quoting process hubby was extremely apprehensive as to hidden charges and generally distrusting, even as far as the feedback on the web page, believing it to be, well hyped, no ones that good he said.How wrong was he! Brian offered best value for money, what was agreed we got and more. All paper work done..building done which we love and so does everyone who sees it. Hubby still can’t believe that there is still genuine people out there,although far and few between. Brian always answers his phone .if he can do it he will.calm polite,reassuring. Hubby reckons, Brian’s an old school gent, and that’s praise.Thanks Brian.

Thank you so much for an amazing space.
From coming out to discuss the concept, materials, interior design, to updates during the build, finally to the finished product, I could not be happier with the result, the Green Room Team were professional throughout.
I am now the proud owner of a bespoke garden bar, complete with drinks fridge, bar area with shelving and sink unit, dishwasher and toilet.
Fully wired for TV and Internet too.

The added bonus is that it has been built in such a way that we can easily convert it to a self contained unit if we need extra space for visitors.
