The Great Care Company care for my mum for the last few months of her life, also treating her with dignity in a professional, caring and person-centred manner - they really got to know her, always had time to chat, were timely and she knew who was coming to see her - highly recommend.

Reassuring Care

The Great Care Company have offered an invaluable service to my mum over the past few months. We needed to set the package up fairly quickly and the team made it happen. The staff have all been friendly, reliable and caring. Given that I don't live locally to Mum, it has been a huge comfort to know that she was being looked after so well. They were particularly kind when my Dad was ill and subsequently passed away. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Life savers!

After finally accepting that I needed help to care for my father, I came across The Great Care Company. I read several reviews and decided to give them a call. I was delighted when they said they could provide care for my father and more importantly at the same times he was used to me visiting. The care has been fantastic! All of my fathers carers are very friendly and it is very apparent that they love doing their jobs. On occasions, visit times have had to be altered due to staff holidays etc but they have done their utmost to ensure my father still gets his visits. Would highly recommend!

A promising start!

We have only just started involving the Great Care Company in looking after my mother and we are delighted with the service which my mother has received in this first month. The carers have been so attentive and understand my mother's situation. Their professional yet friendly approach has helped overcome a certain resistance to being looked after! The response from everyone in the organisation has been first class. These early days bode well for the future.

Highly Recommended and Caring Company

We have been using the Great Care Company since July last year when my Uncle reached that stage in life when he needs that bit of daily care and help.

I was naturally a little concerned over the choice of service supplier as you hear of so many things that can go wrong.

I'm delighted to say that with the Great Care Company I have found the ideal care and help provider for my Uncle as they are indeed caring, reliable and put the clients welfare above all, always going that bit extra.

So much so that my Uncle now refers to them as visits from his friends rather than carers.

Very highly recommended and easy to liaise with on all fronts.
