When In to ask if he could cut a SIM card so it would fit into an iPhone and he cut it and checked it worked for free!

I went in recently on the off chance to buy a new phone for work and could not regret it enough. Not only was I sold a dodgy iPhone but after four days in a row of going back to the shop and explaining the issue in hope they would resolve it, I kept leaving with additional problems to the phone. Now, they are refusing to refund me (for an item that never worked in the first place). Outrageous customer service. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY.

Unbelievable
They are rude and aggressive,they were supposed to repair my phone, when they gave the phone back no information,no pictures and no data was there.
They ruined everything I had there,they took the motherboard off without backing up the phone or getting the permission to wipe everything.
I am very upset and cross.
They are not fit to run a business
