From the offset, Taf was brilliant and so helpful. From our first visit to the store to choose the perfect sofa, he was so helpful, going through answering all our questions and pointing us in he right direction. He was patient whilst we made our minds up & was honest regarding Christmas delivery times. Although we was given up to a 4 week wait, we had our sofa sat in our living room within a week of ordering and paying. We couldn’t have asked for better timing with it and certainly couldn’t have asked for a better service. Would recommend and use again 100%.

I don’t usually write reviews unless I have a terrible experience, but after reading the reviews for this company i would give a 10 star review if I could! i feel i should share my experience which had been one of the most amazing pleasant experiences, I ordered a marble table, me myself made an error in accidentally ordering the wrong one! It weighs a ton because it’s pure marble top quality! I needed to change it for the original one I wanted, I contacted a lovely young man called taf he was very polite and extremely helpful, I have anxiety so my anxiety was high, and the first thing he said to me was, please do not worry everything is going to be sorted as soon as possible! He’s stayed in touch with me kept me updated and I’m due to receive next week!! This guy works so hard and is very kind and caring I don’t get why all the negative comments! Will definitely use this company again! Thankyou taf there needs to be more people like you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! You do not get your goods that you have paid for and they do not give you a refund. They are full off excuses and they do not contact you, you have to contact them? They are rude when you speak them on the phone. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

The order I placed on 2nd January has still not arrived despite weeks of being told it's on it's way. Suspect e mails with tracking information which disappeared then changed, cancelled delivery notices appearing and excuses and promises. After yet another phone call on Wednesday to say I wanted a refund, I was told they would get UPS to deliver and it would be here today. Sure enough I got the obligatory e mail saying track your package.... Scheduled for Delivery by the end of the day on Friday 3rd March 2023..... LIES. When I tracked the package all it said was Label created and the delivery date will be as soon as possible!! I tried calling the store on a few occasions today and surprise - no answer. I Left a voicemail. Funny how not long after another update appeared on the courier site saying On The way - 15.14 today. Then another e mail saying Delivery Rescheduled to Monday 6.3.23. UPS Work weekends so now I demand a FULL REFUND and I'm not waiting 2 months for it.

I placed an online order on 2nd January 2023 for a nest of tables. It's now the 16th February and I'm still waiting delivery. I have phoned 3 times now and last week got told my order was with the courier and would be delivered to me this week. It's now Thursday and I'm still waiting for notification from the courier that they have my order and they will be delivering. Really not good enough.
