Great service from the time we entered the shop . We were able to browse , and the assistant was more than helpful .He answered all of our questions.We said we were not going to order that day, he wrote everything down for us We placed the order a few days later over the phone . We only waited about 10 days and the beds were delivered. The delivery drivers were so helpful and polite . Nothing was to much trouble . Would definitely use this company again Good old fashioned service . So pleased with beds .

I have had a fair bit of furniture from Lee and his team at the furniture factory in the past few years , I can honestly say it’s great quality always arrives on time the delivery guys are so friendly to and service with a smile , will put your furniture where you need it put, not just dumped in the hallway like some company’s I’ve used 🙁
If I have had any problems or worry’s Lee the owner has always been extremely understandable and helpful , and I’d recommend the furniture factory to anyone who needs beds wardrobes drawers etc etc 👍

Second to none customer service!

Great products and excellent quality. Customer service is second to none and other businesses should take a lead from this very great team. From the time of order to delivery was one week - excellent! The delivery guys were very friendly with excellent customer service and even asked how we had got on at the vets! It was a pleasure to do business with you and would highly recommend to others. Well done!
