The Fone Zone

The staff were so helpful as I was going to be without my iPhone for a couple of days.
I purchased an old Nokia as all I needed it for was to receive calls temporarily..

It felt like having my life back for a couple of days as all I could do was talk or tx, plus that old Nokia ringtone was priceless 🎶

Closed again when tried to collect parcel. No opening hours in window but not following opening hours stated online on multiple websites. NOT THE FIRST TIME IVE HAD A WASTED JOURNEY.

Excellent customer service and fantastic tech items. High standard of quality of products. A real gem of a shop for mobiles/laptops/pcs/tablets/bluetooth speakers etc. Repairs are done at a great price too. Far better prices and great service than other similar shops. 💜👍💜

Very poor - I had two working phones with cracked screens. Fone Zone replaced them with very dull screens, managed to break the fingerprint sensor on one, and covered the bezel of the other with adhesive.
I should have been wary: they don’t give receipts, and only accept cash payment, so not possible to get my money back.
