I have had cracked screens, bought screen protectors in the past from this shop, always pleasant and willing to help. I had a water damaged phone that they tried their best to repair. Although it couldn’t be fixed they tried various things and didn’t charge. Gave me phone advice and were very helpful. Would recommend to anyone, a first class service

Had several issues with my phone and family's and friend's phones. From cracked screens to phones that wouldn't turn on, to changing charging ports. I would never go anywhere else. Fabio and Enzo are really helpful and genuinely nice people. Very professional and an extremely quick service. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Found this store online after smashing my screen just before going away for work for a month. Went in for a screen repair and they said they were able to do it within 30 mins (WIN!) Aware that only apple do authentic apple screens, I asked what type of screens they use and they couldn't give me a straight answer but gave me a spiel about different shops rating their screens differently so it's hard to tell, which is a lie because every other shop I've called has been able to clarify the specific screen they use. (TBH that's when I should have taken my phone and left) but they reassured me it was the highest grade possible so I thought it was legit. Even purchased a screen protector with it.

Days later the phone shatters and half the screen blacks out caused by the SLIGHTEST of knocks. I was so confused! Even with the screen protector. Called them up to explain when I returned and they refused to even take a look at it.

We are so pleased with our experience at The Fone Box today. Such pleasant people to deal with. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and go back whenever necessary. Excellent experience
