Dead flowers in our wedding bouquets

Ordered flowers for a wedding which were brown around the edges when I went to collect them. The shop stated flowers were fresh and did not offer a replacement, instead they tried plucking off some of the worst most brown petals, the bridesmaid bouquets didnt even come with gypsophila as ordered and the owner launched into a massive argument with me when I dared to complain. Unfortunately they were paid for in full and there was no time to go elsewhere. Absolutely disgusted with service, quality and the attitude of the owner, the poor value for money and the general upset this caused on the day.
