This is the worst fish shop ever!!! We bought a fish tank last week, got home waiting for all the plants and gravel in order to set up the tank. On Thursday I fill up the tank, we leave home for a couple of hours, come back and there is water everywhere. So we call The fish ball’ we go back and bring back the fish tank and they say to come back on Wednesday and they will give us a new tank. On Wednesday we go all the way there and they say that we cannot get a new tank and the problem is not theirs but we need to call the company and sort it out ourselves when they sold us a broken tank!!! The costumer service was awful. Personal not very knowledgeable and not helpful at all. I will never come back to this shop, and I do not recommend!!! Worst experience ever

I can't believe nobody has not written a review before I have been going to the fish bowl for decades it's a family run shop they are very friendly very helpful and they give the best advice and they really looking after they animals and they sell all sort of pets and their aquarium downstairs is brilliant.

Great pet shop with great customer service and animals, but should get dogs and cats as pet animals.
