We are a Shapemaster Toning Table studio where we tone up and loose inches and feel good about ourselves. This is ideal if you have had hip and knee replacements, M.S. arthitis and Fybromylagia. If you need to get your fitness levels up you will see a significant improvement in muscle strength of between 24% and 50%. We have members from the age of 18 to 80.
If you hate traditional gyms you will love Easytone and Powertone beds and chairs as they help you tone up without putting any stress on the body or joints.
