We are also family friendly with a fresh healthy childrens menu which is half price on a Sunday. The Fat Olive, Wigan is a family run restaurant. The executive chef Matt Varley has 15 years experience as a chef, he has worked in France, Spain and the Isle of Man to gain a wider experience of cooking methods, styles and flavours. In England he has enjoyed being the Executive Chef of a successful restaurant chain in addition to developing his Lancashire styled dishes in award winning restaurants.
