Reviews
Frustrated and disappointed

Mixed feelings, excellent clinical and terrible administrative team
3Was referred to them by the NHS for autism assessment. The clinical staff are very good and it's obvious they care about what they do. I felt supported by them the whole way.
Unfortunately, all their good work is ruined by poor organisation and administration from the people who deal with calls and emails. They have to be chased at every stage to make sure that they don't forget about you, will try calling in the middle of the day without checking if that's okay (it's not for me) and make mistakes in arrangements that cause upset and anxiety, with expectations set and not met.
It's not good enough for a company who specialise in diagnosis and treatment of health conditions to have administrative staff who worsen someone's condition, due to their incompetence, lack of care or understanding.
It's important to build rapport and trust, I have no confidence in the administrative staff who let down everyone else in/out of the company.
