I have had experience of other care companies and I can honestly say that the staff at Family Homecare are wonderful and as a company are the very best I have come across. My Mother-in-Law has been cared for by a team of carers that have taken such excellent care of all her needs, always with kindness and a smile. As a family, we could not have asked for more. Thank you all so very much and in particular, the three carers that regularly looked after my Mum-in-Law; you are amazing, and I will never forget what wonderful, kind and caring people you are…thank you.

In the year that my mother had a Carer and especially since being discharged from hospital in October 2023 my mother has had 2 Carers visit 4 times a day. Nearly on all occasions the Carers attended on time and have looked after my mother well. On the rare occasion that a Carer was late or was not available ample warning was given to the family. I also particularly want to thank Carers Leanne, Francesco and Suzanne who provide the most excellent of care referring potential problems to the District Nurse before a problem developed.

The carers are kind, thoughtful, sincere, punctual.
They inform you of anything they feel may helpful in carrying for your loved one.
The office is well run, informing you immediately of anything you need to know. Out of hours contact, evenings and weekends are efficient in responding and dealing with your query.

Our experience with this care company is outstanding, they support a family member who has a LD and dementia disability with challenging behaviour. The care and understanding they give not only to the family member but us as a family, goes beyond outstanding.
The staff from the frontline to the office are all professional, helpful and friendly. We the family, are not use to situations that the dementia brings but we are totally reassured by the carer's experience and expertise .
We certainly would recommend Family Home Care to anybody looking for care.

I would recommend this company. Due to my experience for nearly 10 years with them. I feel the carers and the staff in the office are outstanding and always accommodate my needs. I feel extremely comfortable with all the carers who come to my home.
