Are you a property owner, landlord or estate agent who requires an Energy Performance Certificate or EPC?

We are a local energy assessment company that carry out domestic & residential EPC inspections as well as Gas Safety checks in Bradford, West Yorkshire and neighbouring cities. Efficient and Professional

I approached Wasim the EPC guy for a visit after having upgraded my buy-to-let with major insulation work. He is up to date with all the regulations, and has the official contacts to check documents with. He is calm and polite, explained his findings, and he uploaded the document on the central system after the payment. It was 49 which he accepted by bank transfer after he had left. Efficient.

Do not use anyone else

I booked Wasim to complete a survey for me, on arrival he informed me that I already have an Energy rating still valid from my last, what a great guy, could have just completed and been paid but such a professional guy. Do not use anyone else, when you come across an honest, professional and prompt trademan keep them.

wow I wasn't disappointed

I required an EPC rating on the day and wow I wasn't disappointed. This lad went out of his way he was at home not working understanding the emergency and happily came around within an hour and carried out the survey. Extremely prompt, friendly reliable and professional. Would recommend.
