We should like to highly recommend The Duchy Gas Service Team, for its professionalism together with finding time to advise, explain, and then replace our boiler with patience and care. It was not easily accessible but the work was completed methodically and cleanly at all times. We cannot thank the team enough.

Dax even came out to fix our boiler in the middle of the Covid epidemic! We've just had a new radiator fitted, it looks great and we're really pleased with it. They're always on time, let you know when they're about to arrive. An excellent local family business. Highly recommend.

I decided to try a different gas engineer as I wasn't totally comfortable with my previous choice. The Duchy team were easy to book, using their Whatsapp communication, and everything was agreed quickly. I was given a day and a window for the boiler service to be completed. Dax agreed early in the window, was friendly but didn't talk for too long, did a thorough job and talked me through the key points of what he did. Having thought there might be an issue with one of the boiler parts, Dax managed to solve this on the spot and then didn't need to replace anything. The documentation was all completed electronically and was simple to follow through to payment. I will definitely use Duchy again.

Dax is a true professional. He patiently explained how our heating system worked and was thorough in his inspection of the gas boiler and the hot water cylinder. He’s definitely someone we trust and will use again.
