After a dispiriting number of one-star reviews for this company, I admit I was all set to expect the worst. It's two weeks before Christmas, and my under-warranty Zanussi fan oven is making a terminal death-squeal. I go on-line to book a repair visit, which (I didn't know this) is administered by Electrolux. The earliest slot is 23 December, which is far from ideal, but if it means I get a properly cooked turkey on the 25th then I'm happy. The next day I get a text from Service Force saying they're bringing the appointment slot forward a week. The day before, and on the 16th, I call the contact number to confirm the appointment. Nada, can't get through, always busy. Today, mid-morning, I get a call from a polite chap who says he's 15 minutes away. He comes on time, assesses the repair, fits new fan motor and element (just in case), tidies and leaves. 30 minutes max. Delightful fella, really capable. Oven restored to fully functioning a week earlier than hoped. A well-deserved 4 stars!

One of the worst experiences that I have had from any company. I have a dishwasher that is broken but covered under the warranty from Ikea. After going through their process, you get handed DAC's details to call and arrange the fix. It has been 88 days and I am still no further. I have had x3 visits from engineers, each time telling me the issue is resolved. Only for me to use the machine after they have left and still the same problem. Now I have had x3 cancelled visits and still no end in sight. I have then asked to make a complaint, I email as requested, only to find out after 10 days of waiting for a response, from email went into the "Spam" box. I am incredibly frustrated; I just want the issue fixed and I am getting nowhere. The customer services from DAC are incredibly poor, I do not feel as though my issue is being taken seriously, and looking at the other reviews, I am not the only one in this position. Poor Poor Poor.

I reported a faulty hub from AEG, they gave an appointment for repair 3 weeks later, the man came and said parts need to be ordered, came back few weeks later without calling, didn't find us at home, left a card to call for a new appointment, which I did, the lady called a day before the appointment to cancel it, now he came today without bringing the parts, asking me if I have them, he said he will come again. True story.

Really bad experience with this company who were approved repairer for my oven.

Have had two visits by their engineer, the original fault is still there and they nothing is wrong, a right rip off for £130 still not got my money back AVIOD this company at all costs
