After someone accidentally knocked into the side of my car outside work a couple of weeks ago, I went to the nearby Dent Centre to get it fixed.

It was my first visit and, from start to finish, I was very impressed with Bilal and his team. I was sympathetically greeted when I pulled up outside the garage, and they took the time to listen to what had happened. I was talked through the ways they could approach getting the car fixed (replacement of wingmirror & removal of scratches) with minimal disruption to me.

Despite clearly being very busy, they squeezed me in and had the car back to me (including sourcing and fitting the new wingmirror) within 24 hours.

Particularly as a female, I am sometimes a little suspicious of garages. I felt comfortable and was very impressed with the Dent Centre at every stage. I now happily recommend the garage to friends and family.

Billal looked at my car and explained the best way to fix the dent on my wing and how long it would take it cost me a third off the price the other garages had quoted me and was ready for me in 2 days .
