Business overview

Founded in 1997, The Dance Studios teach children's and adult dance classes in Nottingham city centre. Children’s dance classes are available for ages 3 and above.

Children have the opportunity to learn to dance in a wide variety of classes including Tap, Ballet, Modern, Jazz and Limbering. We have an annual show in a theatre where every child is invited to perform. Children also have the opportunity to take dance exams and compete in regional competitions.

For adults we have a range of adult ballet and adult tap dance classes. Classes are available for complete beginners and for those that have a little more experience. All of our dance classes take place in our wonderful studios in the Hockley area of Nottingham city centre.

Amazing !!!

My daughter has been at the Dance Studios since she was 3, so for the past 10 years. Joining this family was one of the best choices I’ve made as a mum! Not only has she been taught different genres of dancing it has also taught her confidence, commitment, discipline, social skills. She has gained life long friendships and many more amazing life lessons. The teachers work so hard with the children, they are fabulous. I could not recommend this dance school enough. Tds is the best !
