I asked for a layered cut, she did a straight line cut which was not even either. Bad service! It used to be good! I wouldn’t go there again. The stylist certainly didn’t know what she was doing!

Very friendly and good service. There are some negative reviews from a while ago that made me a bit concerned but it seems like it was just one bad employee.

I’ve just turned up for a blow dry booked on Treatwell in the last two hours . I was told they had tried to call me this morning to cancel my appointment and I didn’t answer ? My appointment was 3.30pm and I booked at 2pm .
So to be told lies and then not have my hair done after driving 15 miles plus the money taken out of my account is an utter disgrace !
Hair and salon owners have been closed and now they are booked up and mad busy don’t even have the courtesy and manners to look after customers !
They even wouldn’t give me a refund in cash and said I had to go through Treatwell the booking system they use .

Hungover stylist or still under the influence ?and gobbled a load of rubbish about how long she had been in the industry ? She definitely was not that old
Ok haircut but nothing spectacular think her name was molly or Marie
Would try again but a different stylist as like the salon music

My hair length was not too far off my knee and I wanted to get it cut just to my shoulders.
I paid 134 £ for a balayage and a haircut. I asked for a simple straight cut.
Once she cut off my hair she curled it straight away. Next day I had an important event to attend to so I straightened my hair . I realised that my hair is uneven. She missed out about 1.5 inches. Obviously I couldn't go like this to the event so I had to cancel.When I called the salon. She advised me that she cannot fix it the next day as she is fully booked.The salon opens at 09:00 am and I was told later by the manager that nobody is in the salon until 11:00 only her which means if she would have actually cared she would have offered that she comes in early to fix it.She said : I can fix it for you when you come back on the 24th for your next balayage. How can someone think after paying 134 £ and receiving an uneven haircut that she is not even bothered to fix thinks I will go back to her or to this salon?
