The Crescent Venue

Staff at this venue refused to provide seating for a disabled customer which meant that this customer could not enjoy the music and it meant that the evening was ruined. Staff were walking around the venue with seating (presumably for staff) however customers are not allowed to sit down due to health and safety reasons (even when happy to sit in a corner). So the disabled customer ended up sitting on the floor which surely is more hazardous in an emergency. This venue could provide enjoyable entertainment if staff and management listened to customers and provided help rather than smirking and refusing assistance to those who are not mobile.
