Board to Tiers was built up from home over a period of 15 years and 7 years ago Board To Tiers shop was opened in Morley, Leeds. We have City and Guilds 120 in bakery and confectionary and 121 in cake design and decoration. The variation of work we do means we never tire of creating something unique and special for our customers. Tracey has also taught cake decorating in adult education at Thomas Danby for 2 years and Joseph Priestley College in Leeds for 10 years.
