Waste of my time by not being honest and telling me there was a problem

Came out to survey and provide a quote on 7 November. Promised a quote by the weekend. No quote received, chased and promised by the next weekend. Nothing received. Chased again after that weekend. Several texts sent, no replies. Clearly don't want the business. Wasted 3 valuable weeks before Christmas waiting and now have had to go elsewhere and can't get it done until January.
