5James recovered a hard drive from an ancient Toshiba laptop of mine onto an external hard drive. So nothing exciting BUT it was something I'd been meaning to do for literally years. James was efficient, patient, never made me feel silly (even when I was) and explained things clearly, which I very much appreciated.
