The Clearance solution (TCS) is a family run business with 10 years’ experience in providing Domestic and Commercial clearances. Specializing in house clearances I promote the 3 R's, Recycle, Reuse, Repurpose with the goal to attempt to re home as much as I can to reduce landfill consumption.

Unlike, some of our competitors TCS operates a complete digital service and issue WASTE TRANSFER NOTES to you on completion via email.

WHAT IS A WASTE TRANSFER NOTE?

Waste transfer note is a document that every licensed carrier should provide you to protect you from prosecution on completion. This document is YOUR proof that your waste is being dealt with in a legal manner and protects you from prosecution should your items get fly tipped. Yes you heard right a licensed or unlicensed waste carrier who doesn't provide you a waste transfer note and fly tipped opens YOU up for prosecution so always make sure they can provide one to you ON COMPLETION NOT LATER ON.
