Absolutely appalling attitude from the owner makes his own prices up as he goes. Bought the exact same meal two days running and charges almost £2.50 more the very next day for the same meal. When asked why the change in price he got very rude and aggressive and suggested the menu item which states available all day is only available until 4:30. So not only is this man rude and unprofessional but he clearly doesn't understand basic English.

Great customer service, all the staff make you feel welcome and are very friendly. I ordered 3 large cod & chips, Large doner & chips and a couple of kids meals. All the food got cooked to order so couldn't have been any fresher. definitely the best chippy in Newcastle! Would defo recommend the food to everyone! :- )

Used to enjoy the kebab wraps from here and in general any kebab. But tonight I went in and asked if the kebab meat and chips came wirh a pitta bread . He said no so I said I will have a donner kebab with chips thinking it would come with a pitta bread . My partner ordered a donner with salad again expecting pitta bread . No pitta breads was in out bag . The meat wasn't fresh was cold and hard . Chips weren't as nice as they used to be . Sort your selves out guys seems to be alot of disgruntled customers recently .

Nice modern shop, nice traditional fish and chips will be back again
