Whilst getting the house ready for our new arrival in March 👶🏼🤍 we decided to get our front room carpet cleaned professionally - WOW I am not disappointed and I cannot even believe the colour before hand 🙈

Good clean bad attitude

Hired the carpet boss for an end of tenancy clean as tenant had dogs. Carpets were cleaned satisfactorily, he was punctual, appointment easily made. I would say the clean was five stars.
However, the house keeper arrived to tidy up after painter and decorators and noticed what in her opinion was new damage to carpet and sent a picture. I messaged Carpet Boss, the painter, and tenant showing the damage, I did not accuse any of them. (I am still not accusing carpet boss of the damage, this part of the review is concerned only with his customer service).
In return carpet boss sent very aggressive and insulting messages which culminated in him accusing me of damaging the carpet after he left. He also derided me for the poor condition of the carpet, I wouldnt need him if they were clean... It's an unfortunate situation. I informed him I would be leaving an honest review and he told me to seek legal advice (make of that what you will). I hope to save others from being treated like this.
