Top quality service throughout. I bought the BMW only seeing it on their web page. Paid a deposit and They agreed to deliver it for me to view which is about 336 miles ( 6hrs round trip) without and issues. Vehicle arrived and looked amazing. many thanks for all your help Simon. keep up the great service.

Amazing dealership which has customers coming back time after time. These guys are so professional and can't do enough to help you. No pressure sales, just great cars, great service and nice people.

The facts as they are, collecting a car should be an exciting experience however not on this occasion. Due to collect my new BMW. Arrived to find it in my opinion anything but ready. On ignition the Idrive informs me insufficient battery charge followed by service inspection indication . Having not yet test driven the car with 12 miles range displayed some test drive that would be to the gas station and back.
I would suggest with two rear tires in my opinion around 2 mm of tread depth after MOT at least an advisory to be replaced. I was told they would be replaced I’d think, ready for collection but yet informed on the day they weren’t there to be replaced, but would happily mail them to me later. To their credit they offered to put 2 brand new tires on if they could be sourced today, but then after driving from Oxfordshire having paid a deposit the shine was off. Refund is all I wanted.

Fantastic service with these guys. Recently bought a car of them. Simon and Mark were brilliant. They have great stock and well worth a visit if you are looking for a performance/prestige car, as they can source the right car for you.

A professional experience from start to finish. I got the trade in I wanted against the car I had selected from many available. Simon dealt with me from start to finish and was the consumate professional with nothing being too much trouble throughout the purchase including delivering the car to my front door some 100 miles away. I also met with the rest of the staff who were equally professional and James the owner went out of his way to help too.
