Lovely staff offering some great treatments in glamorous surroundings. I've had facials and massages both well done and routinely have legs waxed and nails done. Doing pediecures on the bed looks a pain for the staff but was comfortable for me.

I have just had a very poor quality pedicure for a whopping £50. Not to mention they don't have pedicure chairs so it was done in a massage one.

shocked!!!

I went to the boutique spa in beckenham where i had my hair cut by one of the stylists, which was amazing!! but was completely shocked when i heard the manager racheal being patronising and being extrememly rude to another member of the staff. Completely ruined my experience and made me feel extremely uncomfortable.
