Can’t write review on FB page which is telling. Very late for party (3rd bday) kids there first before castle etc. Then to make matters worse didn’t even speak or say hello - set up without a word. Later they 2h late to collect , well after party finished and venue hire complete. Hall owner had to wait for them to come back!! They blamed their late return on the snow but that was complete nonsense. They were late before the snow began. All they care about is money. They don’t care about the kids or customers at all.

BOK AT OWN RISK- VERY POOR BUSINESS & WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Booked 2 inflatables for a late night gathering. Phones at 6pm on day they were booked for and was told all ok, I also sent a text with directions and my number.

Long story short- nothing showed up. I tried calling, texting and leaving voicemails, in fact around 9 calls & messages over 2 hours desperately trying to see where they were, before I eventually just had to give up.

Even better- not a sniff of an apology, when he does get in touch he is rude, he lies and is aggressive. If you complain on his facebook page he deletes your posts and blocks you.

Take my advice AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Guy lied on the phone said it was on its way and continued to tell us different things each time we phoned . Lots of disappointed children ruined my little girls birthday party !
