The Body People started in 2010 with a few dance classes taught by Chloe Redmond. Over the years she qualified in Zumba®, Pilates, PT, Spin and Pre & Post Natal Exercise. It wasn’t until she expanded and opened up classes in Box&Core, HIIT, Yoga, Pregnancy Fitness, Mums Fitness, Legs Bums & Tums, Brave Woman Bootcamp and Baby Massage & Yoga with a small specialist team of instructors; that she rebranded to The Body People. We specialise in fitness, wellbeing and PT sessions that endeavour to provide you with quality, affordable and fun exercise in the community. Supporting your health, fitness and wellbeing journey so that you can achieve and maintain physical strength, stamina, flexibility, co ordination and confidence either in a 121 environment or amongst your friends and family within a group.

I have been going to pilates with Chloe for 3 years. I am stronger and fitter and have healed some old injuries I thought would never go away! It has made me more aware of how I move and I have made changes to the way I walk, run, swim and cycle because of what I have learned.
Box and Core on a Monday evening is full of fun and fitness and is a great work out for me and my teenage daughter.
The Body People classes are of a high standard, friendly, fun and welcoming to all.

Great for mum and baby classes

I’ve attended the exercise groups for mums and would highly recommend for any mum who is looking to exercise with their baby. The instructor Chloe is easy to follow, and puts you in a good mood! She offers lower and higher impact alternatives for many of the exercises so that you can opt for level that suits your fitness and stage of postnatal recovery. There’s a relaxed atmosphere in the class.

You can attend classes in person or online and you can switch to online on the day if you need (as long as you give 2 hours notice). This has been helpful for me as a parent of a 3 month old where it’s difficult to plan ahead!

The Body Peiple is the best. Fantastic trainers, great classes (I love the zumba and LBT) and I have made lots of lovely friends. Highly recommended.

Best pilates class in Walthamstow and online!

I've been attending Chloe's classes for over 2 years and I love everything about them.
Chloe is very energetic, responsible and passionate and her classes are the best way to connect with my body, do some exercise and have a great time altogether.
I can’t recommend her enough!

Fantastic postpartum fitness classes!

Once I got the GP’s sign off, the first class I booked was The Body People’s Postnatal Pilates. My daughter is now 8 months old and I have been regularly attending all the baby classes!

Chloe is a fantastic instructor and so friendly! She has created a safe environment for mums to work out while being able to bring baby. There is a sense of community as soon as you step through the door.

During lockdowns, having her class in my diary, gave me something to look forward to at a time when no one was making plans. It also meant my baby was able to get out the house, see people, see babies and for us to enjoy a class together (highly recommend baby massage and yoga!)

My absolute favourite class is Mums fitness! A class focused on mum but my little one loves to watch! I often have negative postpartum body thoughts but with each week I do this class, I feel amazing and more positive about myself.
