Unprofessional.

9 weeks ago i ordered Venetian blinds, came out with wrong blinds, said they would order the ones i had ordered but put the ones up that they had brought, I've had nothing g but trouble with this company, they never answer the phone, i was chasing the blinds for weeks to be changed, there were loads to be fixed on the ones that i had been left with, eventually they offered me a partial refund and to fix the blinds that i had been left with, so i excepted that cause i just wanted it to be over, alan came out and fixed them, he was actually the only one that ever got back to me straight away.
I am still waiting for my refund. !!!!!

SCAM SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY PAID £720 IN NOVEMBER AND NO BLINDS KEPT SAYING THEY HAVE BEEN SENT AND THEY HAVEN'T WHEN RANG UP THE DELIVERY COMPANY’S NO EXISTENCE OF IT!!! ASK FOR A REFUND AND BLOCKED NUMBERS

Brilliant service from this business. So much choice in the new show room and very helpful staff. Measured and fitted in the same week. Great price and quality of blinds. really made a difference to my home. I would recommend this business.
