First class customer service with a smile. Turns out the worst part of the process is the anticipation and waiting for wax to heat up! In all no crying or real discomfort at all. Would definitely be waxed again.

Friendly, punctual and professional. Really great value considering as well that she comes out to you. Cheaper than the shops and just as good in the comfort of your living room
