I always look forward to my treatment ts with Danielle. My nails are lovely now and at last I can see my eyebrows in a nice colour and shape.

Fab Service & Fab Staff!

Always a lovely relaxing experience when I visit the salon. All the girls are really cheery and make me feel very relaxed. I love all the colour choices they have for my nails but still manage to choose a similar colour everytime I go :) (ooops!) Would recommend a visit to anyone!

Customer Service

I have been visiting the Beauty Spa for many years, well before the present owners, though admittedly not often recently. However I did visit not long ago and had treatments totalling £45, so I submitted my loyalty card for stamping (viable for treatments up to £35) but it was refused, because part of the payment was a voucher. “POLICY”!

However I made a further appointment for a manicure. Unfortunately, on the day the beautician was not available through illness so they called me to cancel (fair enough) and the appointment was re-scheduled for two days later. Unfortunately I couldn't attend and when I telephoned to re-schedule I was advised I'd have to pay cancellation costs! “POLICY” – I hadn’t given 24 hours’ notice!

I believe this is poor customer service, given that they cancelled me in the first place! Good customer service would suggest a compromise.

Also why does a voucher have to run out of date, money was paid up front and no doubt earned interest for them, for a few months in this instance? There again “POLICY” comes before customer service.

Given all these considerations I'd suggest being very careful before making any appointments there. I shall not be back, there are plenty of other beauty shops.

Thankyou for your review, I would like to explain our reward system. Our reward card is very simple, for each £35 spent in salon you will receive a reward stamp. The original purchaser of the voucher would have received a loyalty stamp for that £35 spent, therefore stamps are not issued again when the voucher is redeemed. Every business has to have policies in place to run successfully, otherwise it wouldn't be fair from client to client if we did things differently for each person. Vouchers do have an expiry date on, firstly to keep track of them, but also to encourage the client to use it before it gets forgotten about. Expired vouchers are honoured.
