I have had same experience as previous reviewer. The older lady receptionist is totally in the wrong job. Rude and arrogant looking down her nose at people. Won”t be going back either!

i have had a couple of treatments done here and the girls who have done them have been lovely however the receptionist is very rude! i am early 20s and as it's always my day off i was in comfy clothes...jogging pants and hoddy.i felt as though i was looked down on...the receptionist asked if other clients wanted a drink however not myself i felt completely ignored as soon as i walked in the door also she chatted away to one of her friends whilst i am still sat waiting 20mins after my appointment time with no sorry or explaination, not good customer service. serveral times my appointments have been messed around and double booked...i got a strained sorry from her and that was about it no way of compensation even though i had to rearrange through no fault of my own. won't be visiting again
